RelistingIn 2008, the Liberal government of Dalton McGuinty relisted surgery to be covered by OHIP. While this meant that transgender patients could once again access provincial funding for transition related surgeries, the court cases were left unresolved. The door is still open for transition related surgeries to be delisted again.
